Who is Martina?
|
|
 Martina joined the real estate industry in the spring of 2002. She decided it was time to stop living out of a suitcase after 11 years of travelling throughout the US and Canada with German tourists as a tour manager. She purchased her first home with her husband Gary in 1999 which peaked her interest in real estate and she started to pursue her career change thereafter. In her free time she volunteers her time serving on several local community and real estate boards. Her hobbies include travel, scuba diving,skiing, hiking, playing the piano and spending time with her husband Gary and dog Wylie. Martina is also a real estate investor and owns several properties with her husband including a condo in Costa Rica, land in Southern California and their homes in Castro Valley, CA and Rio Rancho, New Mexico.

Experience and Education

Martina has excelled as a realtor and was honored by her local real estate board in 2003 as "Rookie of the Year". She has enhanced her career by earning several designations which help her to better serve her clients. These include the Accredited Staging Professional(ASP), Accredited Buyer Representative(ABR), Seniors Real Estate Specialist(SRES) and her e-PRO Technology Certificate. She has also taken many other classes and courses including real estate appraisal and real estate investment. Martina has a love of education and believes in the importance of educating her clients.

Martina is committed to serving the needs of her clients. In working with sellers, she has an extensive marketing and staging plan to help them sell their home quickly and for top dollar. In working with buyers, she uses her market knowledge and experience to help them find the right home to fit their needs. Through communication and education she makes the process as worry free as possible. She believes in serving her clients for life; not just for the immediate transaction.
