This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in a new development in Playas del Coco in the Guanacaste Region of Costa Rica.
It is conveniently located only 25 minutes from Liberia Airport and close to the town of Liberia which has flights from San Jose the capitol and main city in Costa Rica and some international flights. It is a four hour drive from San Jose, 20 min plane ride, and you can rent a car or take a bus to get here. Playas del Coco has numerous restaurants, shops, a supermarket,bars,discos and a casino. You can book activities and tours and sport fishing,snorkeling or dive trips.
This region has lovely beaches, scuba diving, sport fishing, snorkeling and several National Parks for bird watching and hiking. Surfing beaches are about an hour away in Playa Tamarindo. You can go on one of several canopy tours in the area and enjoy hot springs as well.
Rincon de la Vieja National Park with its volcano is only a little over an hour away. There are day trips you can arrange to take and you can rent cars locally. You can even take a bus to Nicaragua if you are adventurous only a few hours away.
Our upstairs unit is approx 750 sq. ft. 2 bedrooms and two baths in a great location just a few hundred yards from the beach, Italian restaurant, mini market and internet cafe. Our unit is fully furnished with everything you need including A/C, full kitchen with microwave,coffee maker, blender, stove,fridge. Cable TV in the living room. The master bedroom has one queen bed, the other bedroom has one full bed-ideal for 1 or 2 couples or a family. This is a two story complex with its own security,pool,parking and a separate free laundry room downstairs.
Rates are seasonal and are based on weekly, monthly or 3 night minimum.
